These terms apply to truelot.ca, app.truelot.ca and any public tool we offer, such as sample tours and market pages (the Site). By using the Site you accept them. Clients' paid use of our services is governed by their Master Services Agreement instead, which prevails over these terms.
1. Information only
Content on the Site, including market figures, articles, calculators and samples, is general information. It is not legal, tax, accounting, appraisal or brokerage advice, and it is not an offer to buy, sell or lease any property. truelot is not a licensed real estate brokerage. Sample reports use fictional data. Check any figure before you rely on it.
2. Accounts
If you get an account, keep your sign-in secure and tell us at samih@truelot.ca if you think someone else has used it. We may suspend an account that is misused.
3. Acceptable use
Do not: copy, scrape or resell Site content or data; try to get around access controls; upload malware or anything unlawful; or use the Site to build a competing product.
4. Uploads
If you upload a document, you confirm you have the right to share it. We handle it under our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, the truelot name, the inset-T logo, truereport, Rent Pulse, truelot Plot and truebot, and the Site's content and software belong to truelot or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use.
6. Third-party links
Links to other sites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
7. No warranty and limit of liability
The Site is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, truelot is not liable for any loss arising from use of the Site, and its total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to USD 100.
8. Changes
We may update the Site and these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
9. Law
Alberta law governs these terms, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction.
